| A new method for extraction of natural bitumen from bituminous carbonate rocks has been developed. The rock is preliminary treated with an acid, and gasoline and kerosine fractions, various petroleum distillates and condensates, wastes and by-products of the production of aromatic and halogeno-hydrocarbonic chemicals may be used as solvents for bitumen extraction. |
